2025 Two Steps Back One Jump Forward

The past two seasons have shown one unfortunate consistency for Northland FC: strong starts followed by difficult finishes. Despite early momentum, we went winless for the final eight match days. But the biggest turning point came away at Woodland FC. Down 3–0 inside ten minutes, our former manager, Fernando Ramirez, walked out on the squad. Paid or not, commitments were made—and broken. It was a painful moment for the club, one that left us questioning what was next.

But instead of collapsing, we found resilience. Players dug deep, leadership emerged, and Bryce stepped in to set clear standards and expectations. No single person saved the Northland, it was the collective belief that the club is always bigger than any individual.

From that moment, we focused on growth, not just results. With a new system introduced mid-season, the goal wasn’t immediate victories but progress. And progress we made. We found the net in every single match to close out the year. The tactics clicked, the players came together, and for the first time in a long while, Northland felt like a true Football Club.

Finishing 8th is not where we belong. We believe in our morals, our standards, and our ambition: Northland FC should be fighting for the top three every season. Our foundation is being built the right way—through honesty, accountability, and hard work. A foundation built on truth and character will never crumble.

Now, as 2026 begins, we are preparing for the next step. We’ve already re-signed a core group of last year’s talent and are looking for hungry athletes ready to represent the Northland. Training and friendlies are underway. If you share our drive, our vision, and our commitment, don’t hesitate—this is your chance to be part of something greater.

Northland FC is alive, stronger than ever, and ready for the future. Our promise simple: Affordable | Accessible | Visible
