Northland FC Joins #HerGameToo

Championing Equality in Football

November 11, 2025

Northland, Kansas City, Missouri

Northland FC is proud to announce a partnership with #HerGameToo, a campaign dedicated to raising awareness of sexist abuse in football and promoting inclusion for women and girls across the game.

Through this collaboration, Northland FC formally pledges to stand against sexist abuse and discrimination in all forms. Reinforcing the club’s mission to make football accessible, respectful, and inclusive for everyone.

“Our commitment has always been to make the game accessible and welcoming for all,” said Bryce Empey, Chairman of Northland FC. “Partnering with #HerGameToo reinforces that mission. We’re proud to help build a culture of respect and opportunity within Kansas City’s football community.”

This partnership aligns with Northland FC’s three core pillars—Affordability, Accessibility, and Visibility—furthering its goal to make football a sport that truly welcomes all participants.

#HerGameToo continues to expand internationally, partnering with clubs committed to equality and inclusion. Northland FC’s involvement marks an important step in bringing the campaign’s mission to the U.S., starting here in Kansas City.
